General

Within the Terms and Conditions, products on our website or any seen on of our social media platforms will be referred to as 'items', 'pieces', 'products', 'melts', 'wax melts', 'wax' and candles.

All of our items are handmade in house and not in a factory setting. Therefore items may bare some avoidable imperfections e.g bubbles, ripples, sinkage or small particles that may have found their way into a piece during the curing and/or drying process. As each piece is individually made there will be variations, such as colour and topper placement.

We use resin/epoxy that have enhanced industry-leading UV (Ultra Violet) resistance. Resin/epoxy can yellow overtime if it is exposed to UV light. We do NOT recommend that you leave any of our pieces in direct sunlight or in high UV exposure.

Do's & Don'ts

Wax Melts

  • Leave Wax Melts and Candles for 2 weeks before use to give a better scent throw.

  • Do not over fill wax melt warming dishes/wells.

  • Only burn/melt our wax products for 3-4 hours at a time.

  • Store in a cool, dry place and out of sunlight.

  • NEVER leave unattended.

  • Keep out of reach from children and pets.

  • If you are using a tradition tea light warmer to melt you wax melt products, use and unscented tea light.

  • No Mica Swirl? Not all wax melts contain Mica. You will not have a Mica Swirl if you are using an electric warmer as they do not get hot enough and any glitter and shimmer will sink to the bottom of your well. Not all wax melts contain Mica.

  • NEVER use cleaning products on your wax warmer as they chemicals may release harmful gasses when warmed. We suggest using wax melt liners or 2-4 cotton wool balls to soak us any left over wax whilst it is still liquid. Take care not to touch the wax as it may scald you. Repeat as necessary until the wax has gone then give your warmer well a final wipe with a clean ball. Discard the used cotton wool balls safely and responsibly and in accordance with your local council.

  • Reuse Wax Melts until the scent fades. You will have some wax left over as the wax is not exposed to a naked flame.

Candles and Pillar Candles/Shapes:

  • Leave Candles for 2 weeks before use to give a better scent throw.

  • Only burn/melt our wax products for 3-4 hours at a time.

  • Store in a cool, dry place and out of sunlight.

  • Place container/vessel containers on a heat proof surface.

  • Place Pillar/Shaped candles on a heat proof tray/plate/coaster etc. to catch any drips. DO NOT burn to the bottom of the candle and wick as this may cause a fire.

  • NEVER leave unattended.

  • Keep out of reach from children and pets.

  • Trim wicks to 6mm (1/4 inch) before every use.

  • Candles in containers/vessels will have some left over wax due to the safety sustainer that holds the wick. It can be removed by placing the container/vessel in warm enough water to melt the wax. Once melted use cotton wool balls to soak up the excess wax.Take care not to touch the wax or container/vessel as it may scald you. Repeat as necessary until the wax has gone then give it a final wipe with a clean ball. Discard the used cotton wool balls safely and responsibly and in accordance with your local council.

Resin Pieces:

  • Only burn/melt our wax products for 3-4 hours at a time.

  • Store in a cool, dry place and out of sunlight.

  • Hand wash ONLY - NOT dishwasher safe.

  • Clean your item(s) with warm soapy water.

  • Keep aways from abrasive cleaners and/or harsh chemicals.

  • Do NOT soak.

  • Keep out of direct sunlight (UV light).

  • Do NOT leave tumblers in the car.

Turnaround Time

We work on  your pieces/items in the order in which they are received. Turnaround time can vary depending on the item itself and  level of detail and customer requirements per piece. Some items may be completed before other due to the creative process and/or requirements.

Items will not be personalised and finished or sent to customers without full payment.

Current turnaround times for custom candles and wax melts is 2 weeks. There may be some Ready-To-Ship items on our website.

Some pieces like tumblers and glassware require several coats of resin before completion and the minimum drying time between EACH COAT is 24-48 hours. As a general rule, we require a 3-4 week turnaround time. Once an item has been completed it needs to be allowed to fully cure for at least 5 days before being boxed up and sent out for delivery. Delivery time is dependent on what you have chosen during the checkout process - see below.

Ready-to-Personalised items are items that need a name put on them and its final coats of epoxy.  These are then allowed to fully cure before we can begin the delivery process.

Ready-to-Ship items are exactly that! They have had their final coats of epoxy and have been allowed to fully cure. They are ready to be delivered to their forever homes.
